Frontline Institute in Zimbabwe Graduates 72 Students

On January 22, 2026, our project Frontline Institute in Zimbabwe successfully hosted a graduation ceremony, where 72 students from 10 countries namely Botswana, China, the Democratic Republic of the Congo, India, Malawi, Mozambique, Namibia, South Africa, Zambia and Zimbabwe.

Among the graduates, 36 earned diplomas in the Advanced Project Management Course called Our Open Future Together, while the other 36 received certificates from Our Humana People to People World. The graduates were trained for 6 months physically at the Institution.

In attendance at the graduation ceremony were at least 400 guests, including the Shamva District Development Coordinator, the Ambassador of Zambia to Zimbabwe, the Vice Chancellor of Bindura University of Science Education, public and private stakeholders, community members, local leaders, students and friends.

The Frontline Institute trains key personnel from Humana People to People across various countries to be at the forefront of development and the fight against dehumanizing issues such as poverty, illiteracy and disease. This milestone marks a significant achievement within the Humana People to People movement, as these young development activists are now equipped to contribute meaningfully to sustainable development in their communities.

To date, the Frontline Institute in Zimbabwe has trained 6,398 students from 16 countries across Africa, Asia and Latin America continuously building capacity for global development work.
